1. Reservation
You can make your reservation for just £5,000 (excluding VAT).
2. Purchase agreement
Provide 10% (+ VAT) of the total price, deducting your reservation.
3. Down payment
5% of the remaining total + VAT 6 months after work starts
4. Contribution
Contribution of the remaining 5% (+ VAT) of the total property after 6 month from step 3.
5. Deed
Contribution of the remaining 80% of the total property + VAT and key handover.
